Descriptions
Salem High School’s Library/Media Specialist, Rachel Hopkins, and sophomore, Olivia Ghilarducci, will present on academic databases. Integrating technology into instruction has been a focus for all teachers in an effort to promote student engagement and provide learning opportunities beyond the limits of the daily school schedule. Mrs. Hopkins and Miss Ghilarducci will share what an academic database is, demonstrate how they are used by our students and staff, and the value they add to a student’s learning experience preparing them for post-secondary work.
